Return Window

We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery.

 

 

Eligibility

To qualify for a return or exchange, items must:

  • Be unworn, unwashed, and unused

  • Be in original condition

  • Have tags attached (if applicable)

  • Include proof of purchase

 

 

Return Conditions (Summary)

  • Returns accepted within 30 days

  • Free return shipping on approved returns

  • A 10% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund

  • Final sale items are not eligible

 

 

Exchanges

Exchanges are available subject to inventory availability.

For the fastest service, we recommend returning your item and placing a new order once your return is approved.

 

 

Refunds

After your return is received and inspected:

  • You will be notified by email

  • Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • A 10% restocking fee will be deducted

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable

Banks and card issuers may take additional time to post the refund.

 

 

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Gift cards

  • Custom or personalized items

 

 

Damages & Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can make it right.

International Orders

Delivery times vary by destination. Customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and import fees.

 

 

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you may cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, without justification.

Returned items must:

  • Be unworn and unused

  • Have tags attached

  • Be in original packaging

  • Include proof of purchase

Refunds remain subject to the 10% restocking fee, unless prohibited by local law.
